Welcome to St. Benedict Catholic School, “A Place Where Multi-Cultural and Multi-Faith Come Together”. Many schools proclaim their diversity among the student population but in reality, there is only one school that can actually live and breath “diversity”; and that school is St. Benedict.

The students are blessed with opportunities and skills that will increase their cultural and social awareness and are able to develop a keen sense of good Christian behavior, reflection and prayer, mastery of academic skills, critical thinking and informed decision making.

Each teacher takes a personal interest in his/her students in order to establish good teacher-student relationships. The school recognizes that parents are the primary educators of their children; therefore, St. Benedict Catholic School is here to serve as partners with parents whose teachings and formation are in harmony with Catholic doctrine.

The multiage program is designed for 1st - 2nd, 3rd - 4th, and 5th - 6th grades. It is child centered and highly structured with a balance of challenge and success for all students.

Teachers undergo an intense hands-on training in managing a diverse classroom, curriculum, directed centers, student assessment, observations and mentoring. The curriculum consists of the Archdiocesan Guides, the Stanford Tenth Edition clusters and the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. Teachers teach at the high level grade for challenge and develop strategic plans for student success across the board.
